Handmade fused glass yellow heart light catcher.  The heart is raised yellow opaque glass on a clear diamond shaped glass panel light catcher.
 
It measures approx 5.5cm high x 5.5cm wide, the panel is drilled and fitted with a ribbon ready to hang.
 
Great for hanging in windows, on walls, plants, trees, indoors or outdoors.
